About the Position  

Neolytix is looking for an Inside sales professional who has extraordinary organization skills, has worked in a sales function and possesses extra ordinary customer service skills.   

  • This position requires a solution mindset and excellent communication & presentation skills.  

  • Ability to organize sales pipeline- prioritize leads and execute a consistent follow through on opportunities 

  • Native English fluency and neutral English accent is mandatory. 

  • B2B Sales experience selling to Healthcare providers. 

JOB DESCRIPTION 

  • Inbound Leads Management 

  • Expand revenue by actively following up with leads acquired by the marketing team in Dynamics 365 CRM system 

  • Research & Qualify leads – Update CRM 

  • Hunter mindset - Respond to new leads quickly and maximize conversion 

  • Prioritize Leads based on Goals assigned and business requirement 

  • Email, Call and follow up the sales pipeline of leads with the intent of signing them up for services 

  • Follow up on lead at various stages of qualification, Proposal, Contracting etc 

  • Write high conversion emails to target leads 

  • Outbound Campaigns using Apollo.io, Linkedin Sales Navigator  

  • Lead Generation: Research and identify potential clients in the healthcare industry within the assigned region/ ICP. Use various sources, including databases, online research, and networking, to create a robust lead list. 

  • Identify select target accounts and target them for conversion by emailing, cold calling, Linkedin outreach 

  • Hit a Daily Calling, email and Linkedin Outreach target 

  • Identify decision makers within targeted accounts to begin sales process and build relationship with key decision makers 

  • Prepare proposals and quotes and send them out to prospective clients 

  • Build service solutions and bundled service go to markets 

  • Log and action all requests in a timely manner 

  • Work with the Marketing team to promote specific services, partnerships and promotions 

  • Work with the marketing team to promote services & bundles 

Who we are looking for? 

  • At least 5 years of sales experience in Healthcare Provider / HCO space – working in the mid market/ Enterprise accounts. 

  • Strong multi tasker and highly developed time management skills 

  • Familiar with a Dynamics 365 or any other CRM system 

  • Create compelling pitch decks and presentations in Powerpoint 

  • Can report and analyze basic sales pipeline data in Excel 

  • Highly conversant with Microsoft Office & Teams Communications 

  • Understanding of US healthcare and its workings  

  • Excellent Customer service & relationship management skills 

  • Working Hours – 8 AM to 5 PM Central Standard Time

  • Customer Relationship Management - Can develop relationships through easy going conversations even with cold prospects 

  • Organization & Planning – Can prioritize Leads, opportunities & actions in the pipeline 

  • Presentation Skills - Can develop professional slide decks and proposals for clients 

  • Communication Skills - Excellent phone skills 

  • Business Writing - Can compose professional emails and creative follow ups with prospects 

  • Solutioning- Conversant with 3rd party technology apps. Can research and apply apps to creatively bundle with services for unique client solutions 

  • Great prospecting skills by leveraging Web research, conducting due diligence by networking and cold calling 

  • Ace Quarterback - Can run with deals and drive them to a closure  

Education 

  • Undergraduate degree in Business, CS or Marketing preferred  

Salary Range
60,000 Annually + Incentives
