Sales Operations Analyst (Remote - LATAM)

.What You Do

  • Accomplishes responsibilities with minimal direction or oversight.
  • Comfortable being assertive with colleagues when needed.
  • Researching and analyzing data to create sales forecasts
  • Collaborating with other departments and upper management to identify business goals
  • Identifying customers and sales opportunities by analyzing sales data and consumer trends
  • Creating and managing automation tools to increase sales process efficiency
  • Support cross-functional pre & post-annual planning activities and deployment in our CRM to support carving and hierarchy alignment.
  • Continuously analyze, develop, and document sales operations policies and processes at scale.
  • Problem-solving account and territory alignment questions & CRM cases.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams for ongoing automation improvements.
  • Create & leverage CRM dashboards to maintain data integrity.
  • Support ad hoc reporting requests

Your Previous Experience

  • Understanding of standard business practices related to SaaS Sales Operations processes and systems (Sales cycle, pipeline management, CRM administration, reporting, forecasting, territory management, and sales quotas)
  • Proficient in the Google suite of products with extensive Google Sheets / Excel expertise
  • Expertise in CRM Administration, preferably Hubspot CRM.
  • Expertise in CPQ Administration, preferably Dealhub.
  • Expertise in business data management, preferably Airtable.
  • Expertise in sales compensation management.
  • Strong logical and quantitative skills; ability to determine trends and propose solutions
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of Sales Operations experience; designing/implementing policies, processes, and tools to provide operations support for sales activities and customer interaction
  • Must be able to work Eastern standard hours, Central, or Pacific 8 am to 5 pm to provide sales support to our US-based sales reps

  • $32,500 - $40,000 USD annually
