  • The position of Title IV-E per diem Team Lead will be located at the on-site PA Office of Children Youth and Families, Bureau of Budget and Fiscal Support. The individual is responsible for supporting the Operations Supervisor in all aspects of the Title IV-E Compliance project with a primary emphasis on those aspects of the Out-of-Home Placement Service Budget Documentation Review Process. At the direction of the Operations Supervisor, the individual will provide oversight of the process for analyzing and approving Title IV-E per diem packets submitted by private and public providers to OCYF.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Direct on-site staff assigned to report to this position in their day to day review activities.
  • Provide on-site training and on-going support for staff assigned to report to this position.
  • Lead others while working as an individual Per Diem Analyst.
  • Monitor and oversite of the OCYF Contract Resource account.
  • Under general direction, collects, validates, analyzes, and organizes data.
  • Creates meaningful reports for management decision making.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and client-facing skills.
  • Solid technical, practical and demonstrable skills with Microsoft Office applications, Preferably Excel, Word, Outlook Power Point.

  • Ability to effectively communicate project status, issues and information.
  • Ability to work well independently and within a team.
  • Must have own transportation for in-state travel.

As required by applicable law, PCG provides the following reasonable range of compensation for this role: $47,900 - $60,000

Compensation

Compensation for roles at Public Consulting Group varies depending on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by applicable law, PCG provides the following reasonable range of compensation for this role below. In addition, PCG provides a range of benefits for this role, including medical and dental care benefits, 401k, PTO, parental leave, bereavement leave.
