Your missions

WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:

- Business Systems Analyst III:$66,500 - $80,000, plus annual bonus opportunity.
Benefits and Perks, 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match.
Regular associates working 40 hours a week can earn up to 15 days of vacation each year.

Collaborate & Innovate: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, turning them into actionable solutions that drive company success.
Optimize Processes: Use your understanding of business workflows and compliance to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
Drive Quality: Develop and execute test plans to ensure our systems are operating at their best, supporting business goals and technical requirements.
Strengthen Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, ensuring we deliver top-notch results and stay ahead of industry trends.
Communicate & Educate: Craft engaging communication and training materials that empower our internal teams and clients to thrive.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

Knowledge of dental networks, provider compensation, and the ability to navigate dental claim scenarios

Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.

PREFERRED:

Knowledge of insurance products, the insurance industry, related legislation, and business operation procedures and practices.
Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA), Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK), Data Management Book of Knowledge (DMBOK)
