Job Summary
Ensures proper tracking of work requests through completion, identification/documentation of tasks and deliverables from initiatives and projects. Logs and tracks project risks and issues, and other administrative duties supporting department leadership. Supports committee and other meetings as required.
Education & Experience
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field or equivalent experience
- If supporting TRICARE contract, must be a U.S. Citizen
- If supporting TRICARE contract, must be able to receive a favorable Interim and adjudicated final Department of Defense (DoD) background investigation
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint and Adobe programs
- 3 years’ experience in department support tracking and managing of workflow; spreadsheet development and maintenance; and project planning and management
Preferred
- Experience with project management and Agile projects and the associated documentation
- Experience in a healthcare environment
- Experience in a fast-paced, complex organization
Key Responsibilities
- Ensures thorough tracking of work requests and project status.
- Provides cutting-edge service and support in order to maintain strong relationships with project teams and internal customers.
- Maintains current tracking documents, files, and repositories for customers. Ensures changes are documented and retained in accordance with requirements.
- Tracks all changes to priorities and requirements modifications.
- Develops and maintains spreadsheets to track and monitor project progress, reporting needs and other department activities and deliverables.
- Learns department operations and assist with process improvement initiatives.
- Drafts, edits and produces department documents.
- Functions as project resource for the department.
- Manages meeting preparation, scheduling, minutes and due-outs.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Regular and reliable attendance is required.
- Supports Vice President and Director with Board, Executive Advisory Board, TRO-W, CLT, Exec OPS, OPS Team and other committee reports and presentations.
- Develops spreadsheets to track information related to department project work including vendor expenses, invoices and contracts. Researches information on the web to support department projects, compiles relevant information, and summarizes results.

- Availability to work before and after normal business hours and weekends as necessary
- Works within a standard office environment, with minimal travel

*Annual base salary for Colorado, Hawaii, Washington D.C. and Washington State residents: $58,000- $64,000 depending on experience*
