Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM (MST)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team. This is a high-activity outbound prospecting role, responsible for generating qualified meetings with decision-makers at target accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in B2B sales, using outbound calling, email, and LinkedIn to engage with potential clients. The BDR will work to build and maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities and convert those opportunities into meetings with senior executives at small to medium-sized US companies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Prospecting: Conduct high-volume outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages to engage potential clients.
  • Lead Generation: Generate qualified meetings with decision-makers and identify new business opportunities.
  • CRM & Dialer Tools: Utilize CRM tools and dialer systems to track progress and manage outreach activities.
  • Relationship Building: Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients through strategic communication.
  • Sales Reporting: Provide regular updates on progress, outreach effectiveness, and conversion rates.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven experience as a BDR or in a similar role, with a focus on outbound prospecting.
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools and dialer systems.
  • High Energy & Drive: Ability to thrive in a high-activity sales environment with a focus on results.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Familiarity with B2B sales and experience engaging with small to medium-sized businesses in the US market.
