Position Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain network of potential candidates through proactive market research and on-going relationship management; conducts in-depth interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high offer-to-interview ratios
  • Leverage social media networking and sourcing techniques to identify passive candidates and build a pipeline of candidates based on the needs of the business
  • Ensure candidates have a great experience at every stage of the recruitment process by maintaining fast turnaround times, feedback on rejects, employee-focused negotiations, etc
  • Administer and execute recruitment processes throughout the company to hire for current openings and proactively develop pipeline for future talent
  • Understand business needs to identify, develop, and execute recruiting strategy to hire and retain top talent
  • Develop strategic business relations with key stakeholders to include hiring managers and HR center of excellence leads (HRBP, Compensation, HRIS etc.)
  • Utilize social media to network with relevant user groups to recruit talent


Qualifications

  • Any graduate from a recognised university or equivalent degree
  • Corporate and/or Technical recruiting experience
  • Adept in both traditional and creative recruiting approaches with a proven track record in utilizing social media to network and identify talent
  • Strong planning and organizational skills required; Strong sense of urgency and ability to create a sense of urgency in others required
  • Business oriented and have an understanding how business strategies link to recruiting initiatives
  • Must be able to think strategically and execute tactically; a proven ability of leading by example is critical
  • A genuine passion for creative and innovative recruiting methods
  • Experience recruiting for and working with most levels of leadership
  • Creative problem solver and team player
