Job Description

The Marketing Operations Sr. Analyst is a key role, responsible for supporting the scaling and development of the B2B Marketing reporting and analytics function for WeddingPro. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of B2B marketing attribution, reporting, and analytics from unknown web visitors to closed opportunities. This role will partner with Data, Sales Operations, Product/Customer Marketing, Demand Generation, Education, and Paid Media stakeholders to translate their business needs into requirements and technical solutions. This role will report to the Manager of Marketing Analytics and Operations, and work alongside the Marketing Operations team under the US Vendor Marketing Team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create and maintain performance management reports and dashboards to measure, monitor, and drive accountability for the full marketing funnel
  • Deliver executive monthly and quarterly reporting, providing actionable insights into marketing results and performance to business goals
  • Support strategic target setting for B2B Marketing based on overall new business targets and report on pacing and forecasting to those targets
  • Support the evolution of B2B marketing attribution models
  • Partner with Demand Generation to manage site performance tracking and reporting to control the individual customer and prospect UX and data capture
  • Partner with B2B Marketing stakeholders to project manage and execute incoming reporting requests
  • Analyze marketing operations strategies, processes, and database to drive quality lead identification and increase lead conversion across all channels
  • Own custom scoring models in our marketing automation platform (Pardot), and partner with Sales Operations and Sales Leadership to ensure continuity with distribution and prospect scoring
  • Create a deep understanding of ROI and ROAS to develop attribution reporting models, visualizations and analysis to drive down-funnel goals
  • Partner with the Enterprise team and Data teams to ensure seamless data integration between Marketing Operations owned systems all the way through to reporting systems
  • Collaborate with data engineering and analyst teams to prioritize, QA, and release new data tables, metrics, and analytics solutions

SUCCESSFUL MARKETING OPERATIONS SENIOR ANALYST CANDIDATES HAVE:

  • BA/BS degree preferred, with minimum 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in marketing analytics, marketing operations, or marketing technology
  • Previous SaaS experience highly preferred; understanding of the SaaS business model required
  • Experience in GA4, Looker Studio, Google Tag Manager, and other site performance tools required
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use data to back up assumptions and assess the success of marketing programs
  • Extensive background in marketing automation tool management such as Pardot, Marketo or Hubspot
  • SQL experience preferred
  • Outstanding project management and prioritization skills
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
  • Ability to obtain, synthesize, and analyze data from disparate sources
  • Comfort working cross-functionally and advocating for your ideas and insights
  • Ability to prioritize, set deadlines, and meet aggressive goals
  • Analytical problem solver and decision maker with acute attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, changing environment
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
