Your missions

The Marketing Operations Coordinator helps the sales leadership team build a foundation for excellence by reinforcing revenue strategy with metrics, infrastructure, business processes, and best practices. You will help the sales team to maximize their sales and attainment through analytics, reporting, data streams and KPIs. You will be the partner of sales leadership team in forecasting, territory planning & management as well as their business review cadence. You are the trusted partner of the sales management team and will make supporting recommendations on ways to improve the productivity and scale of the sales organization.    

 

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES 

 

To be successful in this role the incumbent will demonstrate the following: 

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing operations, with demonstrated experience in managing and optimizing marketing campaigns 
  • Advanced knowledge of advertising channels (Google Ads, Bing, etc.) and marketing automation platforms (Pardot, ZoomInfo, etc.) 
  • Proficiency in Salesforce 
  • Experience with marketing attribution modeling, ROI analysis and campaign performance optimization 
  • Clear and concise communication and presentation skills 
  • Bachelor’s degree is a plus 
  • Strong organizational skills 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

The primary responsibilities of this role include:  

  • Develop and maintain the marketing technology stack, ensuring proper configuration, auditability and documentation 
  • Lead and optimize marketing automation processes and workflows including lead generation, scoring and distribution 
  • Manage and analyze marketing data, generating insights on things like spend and channel efficacy 
  • Design and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing operations with Sales and Customer Success business goals 
  • Partner with business systems in developing and maintaining reporting that provides visibility and transparency into marketing spend and lead performance 
  • Partner with Sales Enablement on providing training and support for marketing tools and processes

Compensation$115,000 base, eligible for variable compensation
