About the Role:

We are looking for a results-oriented Product Marketing Analyst - with a focus on ensuring the precise execution of bridging between the product team and other stakeholders for projects. You will collaborate with our Product, Engineering, Strategy, BD/Sales, Customer Relations, and Marketing teams to build customer demand, improve user experience, and help drive sales, while translating, liaise the customer, and internal BD/Sales team feedback to the engineering team. You will also partner with BD/Sales to improve how we take the product to market: developing positioning and messaging; conducting market/comp product, features, and services analysis; and setting up externally and internally facing materials, FAQ enhancements and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage, develop, and maintain FAQs, product descriptions, brochures, and other external/internal materials for all products and services.
  • Write solution sheets, presentations, instructional messages, and process charts, and update FAQs as needed.
  • Collaborate with the product team to train internal teams, particularly on new product features.
  • Lead monthly email newsletters targeting various audiences within our email distribution system.
  • Develop actionable, data-driven insights to inform both new and existing product features and translate them into marketing and sales enablement strategies.
  • Drive go-to-market plans for product releases, both internally and externally, creating and executing marketing plans that promote awareness, engagement, and product adoption among employees, clients, and prospects.
  • Ensure product consistency and alignment with the overall marketing and corporate strategy.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in product marketing, marketing analysis, or a similar role.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with experience creating various marketing materials.
  • Experience in email marketing, content management, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Ability to analyze data and develop insights to support product and marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
Scope:
  • Part-time role, 20 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday, flexible between 9AM - 5PM Vienna, Austria
