What You’ll Do

As a Product Marketing Manager (PMM), you will lead the product from conception to launch, driving adoption and growth of ghSMART's product portfolio. You'll develop and execute go-to-market strategies, leveraging a deep understanding of market dynamics, client needs, and competitive landscapes. In collaboration with cross-functional teams, you'll create and implement marketing plans that align with business objectives and drive revenue growth and product success.

Responsibilities
  • Product Management: Ensure timely development and release of products by coordinating closely with the development team. Collaborate with senior partners to identify areas of highest demand and provide recommendations for new product development.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and implement detailed go-to-market and pricing strategies for new product launches and feature updates, including positioning, messaging, and target market segmentation.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify client needs, market trends, and competitive landscape, using insights to inform product development and marketing strategies to create high ROI products and services.
  • Product Positioning: Create clear and compelling product positioning that differentiates our products in the market and resonates with target audiences.
  • Sales Enablement: Develop training materials, sales decks, and other resources that help effectively communicate the value of our products. Conduct training sessions and gather feedback to improve materials and training.
  • Client Engagement: Develop client personas and journey maps to guide product development and marketing efforts, ensuring that our messaging aligns with client needs and expectations.
  • Product Advocacy: Serve as a product advocate, both internally and externally, to promote understanding and enthusiasm for our products.

  • You Bring
  • Bachelor’s Degree in STEM related major.
  • 5+ years' experience in technical product, service or program management
  • A proactive approach to identifying and solving problems, effectively working with the team, actively participating in meetings and sharing progress updates.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to share findings and technical details clearly and concisely.
  • A learning mindset, seeking guidance and feedback from team members to enhance learning and performance.

  • MBA degree with a Marketing specialization
  • Experience in bringing technical products to market from conception to launch.

    Compensation

    Certain US jurisdictions require ghSMART to include a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role. We are built on a culture of freedom and flexibility, we operate fully remotely, and our team members balance deeply energizing, high intensity work, with flexible schedules to support life outside of work. Our compensation model reflects these values. Compensation for this role in the United States includes base salary, commissions, annual discretionary performance bonus, 401(k) plan with an annual employer contribution, the opportunity to buy equity in our fully team owned firm, and a comprehensive benefits package. You should reasonably expect a base salary of $140,000 - $200,000.
