Position Overview

Under the direction of the Customer Care Supervisor, the Customer Care Representative will be responsible for receiving customer orders, resolving customer issues and providing helpful information in an effort to provide exceptional service to our customers and potential customers.

Location

Remote: Reno, NV or within WI

Onsite, or Hybrid: Palmyra, WI

Must be located in either Wisconsin or Nevada

Shift

  9:30am - 6:00pm CST, Monday - Friday, or as job responsibilities require. 

Essential Functions
  • Receive product and literature orders by phone and e-mail
  • Refer patients to Health Care Professionals who have accounts with Standard Process
  • Assist customers with basic product information questions
  • Handle customer issues; including but not limited to: shipping errors, order entry and carrier delays, damages, and missing packages
  • Manage customer account information to ensure accuracy of data
  • Assist with technical calls about company website
  • Promote products and literature campaigns to customers as indicated by sales and marketing
  • Transfer calls to internal departments and sales reps as needed
  • Place follow-up phone calls as needed
  • Work with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction is achieved
Qualifications
Education
  • High School Diploma or GED required
Experience
  • 1 year customer service experience preferred
  • At least 1 year of call center experience preferred
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Word
  • ERP experience a plus
Specialized Knowledge and Skills
  • Active listening skills required
  • Excellent multitasking and problem solving skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Word required
  • Proficient typing skills (keyboard and 10-key)
