Associate Director, Technical Delivery, Enterprise Solutions

Location: US, East Coast, Remote

Role Purpose:

Signant Health is seeking an experienced Associate Director, Technical Delivery, to oversee the technical consultancy and service delivery for our SmartSignals Supplies product. This role involves managing new customer implementations and providing ongoing support to existing clients. As part of a broader business transformation initiative, you will guide customers through the complex processes of system integration, data migration, and software validation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the senior technical subject matter expert (SME) for the SmartSignals Supplies product.
• Lead the Technical Consultant team, ensuring successful customer implementations and ongoing support.
• Manage the technical aspects of system integrations, data migrations, and configuration of customer environments.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Product, R&D, CloudOps) to maintain application and infrastructure expertise.
• Drive continuous improvement in the delivery of our SaaS-based GxP offering.
• Support pre-sales activities as a technical SME, contributing to RFP responses and customer discussions.
• Provide line management for the Technical Consultant team, including performance reviews and career development.
  
  

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in service delivery or software consulting roles, particularly with enterprise software applications.
• 5+ years of experience with GxP products in the life sciences industry.
• 3+ years managing a team of technical consultants.
• Experience with AWS-based SaaS solutions.
• Strong communication, decision-making, and organizational skills.
  
  

Desirable Skills:

• Experience transitioning legacy on-premise applications to cloud-based SaaS.
• ITSM and/or SAFe certification.
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL and Tomcat.
