Job Description

Will be responsible for developing and maintaining key customer relationships and connectivity, while growing market share in Australia

Main Job Duties

  • Develop Strategic Partnerships: Identify and cultivate 2-3 key B2B clients in the Australian/New Zealand market.
  • Lead Engagements: Serve as the primary contact for named accounts, ensuring robust and lasting relationships.
  • Market Leadership: Launch new products with confidence, presenting their features and benefits effectively.
  • Technical Expertise: Address customer inquiries regarding product features, pricing, and modifications with expert knowledge.
  • Market Insight: Analyze market pricing and competitive landscape to strategize effectively.
  • Strategic Planning: Create and execute a business plan to drive growth and enhance market share.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Oversee account management, including contract negotiations and alignment with sales targets.
  • Training and Support: Train agents on new products and provide ongoing support to maximize sales.

The Successful Applicant

  • Educational Background: BS or BA from an accredited university.
  • Experience: Minimum of 8 years in the Telecare, Healthcare, or Social Care sector with a proven track record of success.
  • Skills: Exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Organization: Strong organizational abilities with a knack for managing multiple priorities.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English; multicultural experience is a plus.
  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, and internet-based resources.
