About Our Client

Job Description

  • Lead and continuously develop a global, cross-functional team to execute all aspects of Portfolio Management, including market research, product definition, commercialization, manufacturing scale-up, and long-term planning.
  • Evaluate, develop, and enhance organizational talent to ensure sustained success.
  • Establish strategic and operational plans, budgets, and programs to achieve goals set in the annual operating plan and strategic roadmap.
  • Hold P&L responsibility for liquid filtration portfolios, ensuring global revenue, operating income, and gross margin targets are met.
  • Develop a robust product pipeline that identifies market opportunities and responds to industry technology trends and customer needs.
  • Define market requirements for quality, cost, and delivery across major platforms, aligning goals with Divisional and Corporate resources.
  • Oversee the product portfolio and lifecycle, from inception to end-of-life, promoting a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Manage the technical product development team, prioritizing projects, allocating resources, and ensuring new products are successfully transitioned to manufacturing to meet revenue and profitability targets.
  • Collaborate with customers, OEMs, and key partners to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Serve as the primary interface with global account and technology teams, guiding actions to align with strategic goals.
  • Work closely with Divisional and Corporate teams in sales, marketing, technology, procurement, quality, and operations to execute business strategies that drive sustainable growth.
  • Lead transformational initiatives to enhance efficiency and ensure business commitments are met.


The Successful Applicant

  • Deep understanding of the semiconductor industry and processes, with an established network of contacts.
  • Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional and cross-cultural teams, driving growth across multiple product lines.
  • Proven expertise in portfolio management, P&L management, and business development.
  • Strong grasp of key financial metrics for decision-making and assessing business portfolio health.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels within a multinational organization.
  • Preferred technical background in chemical processing, experience in Photo/CMP/Etch processes and business is a plus.
  • Proficient in English and Chinese, with excellent communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business required, with a preference for a Master's degree.
  • Willingness to travel globally up to 25% and participate in conference calls outside of regular working hours.
