Senior Enterprise Account Manager 

Q4 is the leader in innovating the Investor Relations Technology space.  We’re transforming the industry with our SaaS solutions and we’re looking for world class Senior Enterprise Account Managers to help us retain and grow our customer base.  You’ll manage renewals, retention, and expansion of a book of business dually owned by a Customer Success Manager (CSM) partner who will join you to provide best-in-class training and care. 

As a seasoned sales collaborator, you'll thrive in a hunter-farmer role, maintaining great relationships and uncovering all the areas we can provide additional value for our customers.  Across your assigned portfolio, you will manage the overall economic relationship with all of your customers, ensuring they remain in the franchise and expertly driving outreach to expand the value they are receiving from Q4’s set of unrivaled products. 

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Stewardship: Proactively connect with key decision-makers to understand evolving business needs. Ensure Q4 remains their strategic partner for all Investor Relations solutions, mitigating potential churn and crafting compelling retention strategies.
  • Renewal Expertise: Own the renewal process, including negotiations, solution customization, and contract finalization. Leverage your in-depth product knowledge and pricing expertise to extend client commitments for maximum value and term lengths.
  • Strategic Expansion: Be the architect of growth within your assigned portfolio. Identify high-value expansion opportunities, presenting clients with a clear ROI for deeper adoption of Q4's solutions. Deeply understand client workflows and tailor outreach strategies throughout the year to maximize new bookings and revenue generation.
  • Voice of the Customer: Advocate the customer perspective within the organization. Relay actionable insights from client interactions, including competitive intelligence, pricing trends, product feature requests, and emerging investor relations industry dynamics.

  • Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5+ years of demonstrably successful experience in SaaS sales or account management, preferably within the enterprise segment.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building lasting relationships with senior-level decision-makers.
  • Experience managing and growing revenue within a defined client portfolio or territory.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with a keen ear for identifying potential roadblocks and opportunities in client conversations.
  • Proficiency in revenue forecasting and achieving ambitious goals in a high-growth environment.
  • Strong negotiation capabilities, coupled with the ability to build and present compelling business cases.
  • Demonstrated hustle and resilience, characterized by a high volume of outbound communication and a proven track record of high conversion rates.
  • Adept at managing a demanding schedule – we prioritize quarterly client touchpoints.
  • Proficiency in CRM (e.g., Salesforce.com), sales engagement platforms (e.g., SalesLoft, Gong), and social selling tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
