Job Title: Senior Tableau Developer

Experience: 8+ years

Contract Duration: 6 months

Location: PAN India (Remote)

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain advanced Tableau reports, ensuring high levels of scalability, performance, and usability.

• Utilize Tableau Desktop for report creation and Tableau Server for report management and distribution.

• Apply data visualization techniques to present insights in a clear, impactful manner.

• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide customized Tableau solutions.

• Participate in Agile development, contributing to sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation, including technical specifications, user guides, and support resources.

• Lead process improvements for data visualization strategies and reporting frameworks.

• Clearly communicate complex data insights to stakeholders and mentor junior team members to foster collaboration and productivity.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of hands-on experience with Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server, with a deep understanding of Tableau’s architecture, performance optimization, and dashboard development best practices.

• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases.

• Expertise in data visualization principles and ability to create insightful, action-oriented reports.

• Experience in Agile development teams; Tableau Certification is preferred.

• Familiarity with working practices such as Automation, DevOps, Value-driven development, and Continuous improvement.

• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights effectively to stakeholders.

• Proven leadership experience in managing change initiatives and guiding teams through transformation projects.
