Summary:


Operational right hand to the SVP, leading a team of support associates within the region while acting as the primary over a subset of local markets. Build and maintain cohesive administration methodology for the region, ensuring all associates utilize a full suite of sales tools effectively and adhere to standardized processes, which enables cross-functional regional backup and uninterrupted 360 support for our sales teams.


Responsibilities

  • Act as the region SME on sales tools and processes for support and sales. Train, disseminate information and assign projects and responsibilities within the team as  appropriate. 
  • Provide top-level escalation support to local sales support associates in issue resolution internally and with customers. 
  • Support the sales leaders in developing sales presentations, including research, demographics, My Market Analyzer (MMA), assembling PowerPoints, etc.
  • Act as point of contact within your assigned region for support staff and sellers on sales tool questions and one-to-one training needs. Including but not limited to Salesforce – CPQ, payment System, Ad Request, Cases, My Design Center, BlueVue, Launch, and more! sales tools, including but not limited to Salesforce – CPQ, payment System, Ad Request, Cases, My Design Center, BlueVue, Launch, and more! Schedule training withalternate resources as needed.
  • Assist with call tracking numbers and digital performance research and analysis. 
  • Monitor on, report and take action on sales facing dashboards to ensure sales compliance to corporate standards. Including but not limited to, Rep payment dashboard, Client Agreed, Funded Lead execution, New client commitments and commissions. 

· Back up sales leadership with quote approvals, understanding rate card parameters, sales promotions, and local client exceptions. Ability to question and investigate as needed. 

  • Liaison between regional sales and corporate support operating departments for all levels of change requests, investigation, issue resolution, and research on market, seller, or account-related items. 
  • Manage deadline schedules and product inventory reporting, alerting sales of changes or concerns. 

· Assist the sales leaders with lead management for receipt and distribution of corporate leads across multiple markets, including receiving lead notifications, assigning within “Speed to Lead” SLA, and reassigning leads in Salesforce.

  • Lead local collections and A/R management, including reviewing and disseminating aging reports, monitoring Salesforce payment dashboards, and assisting sellers with A/R communications with clients as needed. Manage the cut list process, ensuring new and 60-day past due clients are paid before mailing or removed. 
  • Manage rep offboarding and new employee operational onboarding and provide or coordinate ongoing training and support of Valpak products and management systems.
  • Support for the SVP with the oversight and administration of regional markets operations, including tracking and payouts of local sales contests, commission reviews, job closing reviews, regional sales meetings planning, etc. 
  • Responsible for execution and communication with Sr. General Manager regarding data monitoring, collection, reporting, and presentation for seller, market, and region-level requirements. Utilize Business Intelligence, CRM Systems, and Excel for visualizations. 

Qualifications 

· 7+ years of proven success in a sales support role. 

· Beginner Experience in leadership or career trajectory and desire for leadership. 

  • Experience in print and digital advertising sales preferred.
  • A college degree is preferred but not required.. 
Requirements

  • Must be a results-oriented self-starter and have a record of success working in a goal-oriented, highly accountable sales      organization.
  • Naturally inquisitive mindset, quick to identify issues, develop resolutions and escalate when appropriate.
  • Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills, emphasizing engagement and persuasion.
  • Intermediate-level experience in Microsoft products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Must understand basic Excel formulas with an aptitude to learn more advanced skills.  
  • Salesforce CRM experience. CPQ & Case management and report writing knowledge preferred. 
  • Ability to manage deadlines and to operate with a sense of urgency.

Advanced problem- solving skills.
