Key responsabilities:
- Monitor N.C. Innovations Waiver claims and budgets
- Conduct administrative functions for Resource Allocation process
- Support notification process for Innovations Waiver allocations
- Review pre-payment forms before submission to finance
- Provide back-up support to Utilization Management staff
