The following challenges await you:Recruit, train, engage, develop and retain successful 1099 distributors.

  • Generate and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation.

  • Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, hospitals, and Key Opinion Leaders.

  • Negotiate and support the close business deals, ensuring alignment with ETS’s focused strategy, goals and profitability.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers and partners.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment and effective execution of business strategies.

  • Conduct focused market research to identify new business opportunities/geographies and emerging trends in the skin substitute industry for the purpose of hiring new 1099 distributors.

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to expand market share and achieve revenue targets.

  • Analyze competitor offerings and market conditions to inform strategic decisions.


Your Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales management within the wound care or medical device industry.

  • In-depth understanding of wound care products, market dynamics, and healthcare industry regulations.

  • Year over year proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

  • A heighten enthusiasm for CRM software (e.g., Dynamics) and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Experience in a medical device start up launching new medical device technology while building a new sale on boarding and continuous education training program preferred.

  • Understanding of the US reimbursement system preferred.

  • Experience in wound care preferred.
