As an Operations Specialist, you will be working closely with the Operations Managers and General Manager where your work will have a direct impact on the business growth through achieving business milestones and key metrics.

<point>Developing and implementing fleet policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal, safety, and company standards</point>
<point>Generating reports and providing recommendations for improving fleet efficiency and reducing costs.</point>
<point>Ensuring all fleet operations comply with regulations.</point>
<point>Analysing data – you will monitor our engagement, quality and utilisation metrics and ensure a great experience for our users and drivers.</point>
<point>Developing and executing strategies to keep the churning rate at minimum levels</point>
<point>Tracking and analyzing fleet performance metrics</point>
