As a Senior Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for day-to-day management of key metrics within city operations, focusing on maintaining and improving quality, performance, and compliance.

You will be working closely with the Operations Manager and Country Manager where your work will have a direct impact on the business growth through achieving milestones and key metrics.

• <point> Creating and optimising processes – efficiency is our priority; you will help us find the most efficient way to run operations</point>

• <point> Analysing data – you will monitor our supply performance, quality and city operations metrics to ensure solid supply coverage and utilization.</point>

• <point> Collaborating with local operations and other local/HQ teams to streamline relevant processes and suggest improvements.</point>

• <point> Hands-on supply management in Thailand- working autonomously and taking initiatives through the stages of driver acquisition, conversion and retention.</point>

• <point> Develop and execute strategies/initiatives to increase our operational efficiency and solve relevant operational challenges.</point>

• <point>You have 3+ years experience in operations, analytics, or a similar field</point>

• <point>Experience in team management and project management will be added advantage</point>

• <point>You are a strong collaborator with excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) in English & Thai</point>

• <point>You are highly analytical and have a data-driven mindset with excellent Excel skills</point>

• <point>You are passionate about new technologies and ride-hailing</point>

• <point>You are customer-oriented and will strive to strengthen your driver value proposition to ensure supply growth</point>
