We’re looking for an analytical Senior Operations Specialist with a strong drive, great social and account management skills, with a passion for learning and readiness to challenge the status quo, to help us grow our ride-hailing operations in Croatia.

As a Senior Operations Specialist you will have a direct and tangible impact on local operations that you can see in real-time. If you’re ready to take full ownership of your work, disrupt the marketplace, and shape movement patterns in the urban landscape - here’s your chance!

You will work on analyzing data, establishing stronger supply management processes, identifying trends, generating insights, finding improvement opportunities & leading local operations projects, while working closely with local/cross-functional/HQ stakeholders to support our mission to make Croatian cities more sustainable, accessible and affordable. </text>
