Job description

Your missions

Our client, a large professional services firm and systems integrator, is looking to hire an Azure AD B2C Security Engineer for a 9-to-12-month remote contract. The consultant will be responsible for designing, implementing and managing security controls for Azure Active Directory/Entra ID B2C environment.

The consultant will ensure the security, compliance, and efficiency of the identity management solutions while collaborating with the various teams to address application needs and requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Design and Implementation of User Onboarding Flows: Design and implement identity management flows for user onboarding, registration and other user lifecycle activities in Azure Entra B2C, ensuring they align with customer’s control and industry best practices.
Design and Implementation of Secure Access Controls : Ensure secure authentication and authorization flow of users are set up per best practices .Build and integrate relevant conditional access policies to support various use cases identified for admin user protection ,perimeter protection, device/user/location protection.
Compliance and Audit : Enable and configure additional Azure Entra services identified like Identity Protection, Identity Proofing.
Collaboration : Work closely with the relevant security teams to support configuration related to logging, monitoring and other services
Documentation and Training : Create comprehensive documentation related to Azure B2C configuration, policies and flows configuration as part of this initiative. Train and support IAM team during the entire project lifecycle as need arises.

Required Skills

Proficiency in configuring and managing Microsoft Entra Identity Services for Azure Entra ID and Azure B2C
Strong understanding and working experience on identity and access management (IAM) principles, protocols, and standards such as SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and SCIM.
Strong DevOps skills
Experience with scripting and automation tools (PowerShell, Azure CLI, etc.).
Previous experience in blue printing Azure services.
