Digital Marketing Manager

Remote, MA

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Digital Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team remotely in Massachusetts. This role will report directly to the Senior Director of Global Marketing and will serve as a key member of the marketing team. This role will mentor and manage Digital Resources.

What You’ll Do

Lead Generation:

  • Own the lead generation process, working closely with the lead generation team to identify and target key customer segments.
  • Develop and execute lead generation campaigns leveraging various channels, including digital marketing, events, and content marketing.
  • Solicit feedback from Sales Management and incorporate that feedback into the Lead Gen process.

Digital Resources Oversight

  • Manage and optimize digital marketing resources, including personnel, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals and brand messaging.
  • Collaborate with the digital marketing team members to enhance online presence, utilizing SEO, SEM, social media, and other digital channels effectively.

Team Leadership And Development

  • Manage, hire, develop, and retain a team of marketing professionals responsible for digital resources.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative working environment, promoting continuous learning and development within the team.

Budget Management

  • Develop and manage marketing program budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum impact.
  • Monitor and report on budget performance, making recommendations for adjustments as needed.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field;
  • BS/BA degree + 8 years of related experience, or MS/MA degree + 6 years of related experience, or PhD + 3 years of related experience

Ø Strong proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems such as Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, and outreach platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA is a plus
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing programs, particularly in the life sciences or technology sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies, lead generation tactics, and campaign optimization.
