Description

Are you a skilled and experienced Public Adjuster seeking a new opportunity? Join our team as a Desk Adjuster in a hybrid role where you will primarily focus on adjusting, negotiating, and settling insurance claims provided by our company. We are looking for a candidate with a solid background in the insurance industry and a proven track record of successful claims handling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Adjust Claims: Review and assess insurance claims to determine coverage, liability, and settlement value.
  • Negotiate Settlements: Work with insurance companies to negotiate fair and equitable settlements for our clients.
  • Document Management: Keep detailed and accurate records of all claim activities, communications, and settlements.
  • Client Communication: Provide regular updates to clients on their claims and address any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Compliance: Handle claims in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Remote Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with our in-house adjusting team to ensure smooth operations and high client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a Public Adjuster or in a related role within the insurance industry.
  • Licensing: A valid Florida Public Adjuster license is preferred but not required.
  • Skills: Excellent negotiation skills, strong attention to detail, and superior written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using remote work tools and insurance claim management software.
  • Availability: Available during regular business hours to manage claims and communicate with clients and insurance companies.

Compensation

We offer a competitive base salary plus commission, with earning potential based on performance and successful claim settlements.
