Responsibilities

• Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their unique challenges and opportunities. Provide expert guidance and best practices to address their needs effectively.
• Solution Development: Craft tailored solutions using Blue Yonder TMS, from full-scale implementations to targeted Continuous Improvement (CI) updates.
• Project Management: Lead and manage projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery of solutions. Communicate progress, successes, and any challenges to your team and clients.
• Process Optimization: Enhance supply chain and logistics network performance through strategic planning and process re-engineering. Create and execute detailed functional design documents.
• Technical Expertise: Utilize your knowledge of transportation concepts and Blue Yonder’s suite of products to configure and execute various carrier modes and integrate with other systems.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to bring innovative solutions to your clients.
  
  

Qualifications

• Experience: 4+ years of experience with Blue Yonder TMS and a solid understanding of transportation and logistics processes. Familiarity with various transportation modes is essential.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with functional and technical components, including APIs (SOAP and REST), ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.), and data formats (SQL, XML, JSON).
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to build strong relationships with clients and deliver compelling presentations.
• Organizational Skills: Proven track record of managing multiple priorities and delivering tasks on time in a dynamic environment.
