This role involves handling grain and oil seed products and supporting various logistical functions.

Responsibilities

  • Order and Invoicing Management:
    • Enter purchase orders and manage invoicing and expense reports with precision.
    • Provide essential support on the trade side, focusing on transaction accuracy rather than rate negotiations.
  • Systems and Tools:
    • Utilize GSAP or SAP for transaction management.
    • Apply your expertise in MS Office and potentially Future/Physicals systems to streamline operations.
  • Logistics Support:
    • Handle commodity business logistics, including container or bulk shipments.
    • Leverage your knowledge of accounting, futures markets, and physical transactions to support our team.
Requirements

  • Experience: 3-5 years in logistics, supply chain, or sales support. Experience in the food industry is a significant plus.
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Skills: Deep experience with GSAP for Accounts Payable/Receivable, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Traits: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
