  • Analytical Problem-Solving: Tackle complex business challenges using advanced analytics and emerging technologies to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Effective Communication: Simplify complex strategies into actionable recommendations and communicate them clearly across teams.
  • Holistic Execution: Integrate analytics, technology, and process design to create comprehensive solutions for supply chain optimization.
  • Operational Excellence: Keep a pulse on the business to drive improvements and ensure optimal performance.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience: 10+ years of leading supply chain transformation, solving complex problems, and executing projects in environments like Oracle CLOUD ERP.
  • Education: A master's degree in industrial engineering or similar fields, with APICS and PMP certifications preferred.
  • Expertise: Proven track record in managing advanced planning systems, including demand supply planning, factory scheduling, and inventory management.
  • Leadership: Experience managing large, diverse teams across different locations, with a strong ability to develop and grow team members.
  • Fiscal Acumen: Proficiency in budgeting and managing Opex and program budgets.
  • Stakeholder Management: Strong skills in building and managing relationships with executive leaders and peers.
