Responsibilities

  • Order Management: Enter and manage purchase orders with precision and efficiency.
  • Invoicing & Reporting: Handle invoicing and expense reports to ensure smooth financial operations.
  • Trade Support: Provide support on the trade side, focusing on operational tasks rather than rate negotiations.
  • System Utilization: Use GSAP or SAP for transactions and contribute to effective supply chain operations.
  • Data Expertise: Leverage your skills in MS Office and potentially Future/Physicals systems to enhance workflow.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3-5 years in logistics, supply chain, or sales support roles.
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in the food industry is a significant plus.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with GSAP for Accounts Payable/Receivable and familiarity with accounting principles, including futures markets and physical transactions.
  • Logistics Experience: Knowledge of commodity business logistics, such as container or bulk shipments.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and deadline sensitivity.
