Role Overview

As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our supply chain processes, handling everything from procurement and inventory management to vendor coordination and logistics. This is an exciting opportunity for someone organized with a desire to learn and grow within a thriving company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Production & Inventory Management: Develop and manage plans to meet material and finished goods demands, ensuring timely product delivery.
  • Vendor Coordination: Work closely with vendors and partners, including those overseas, to place orders, negotiate pricing, and resolve issues.
  • Logistics: Coordinate international logistics with shippers, forwarders, brokers, and internal warehouses.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate data in our systems, analyze supply chain trends, and generate timely reports.
  • Process Improvement: Help optimize vendor relationships, drive cost savings, and improve supply chain processes.
  • Communication: Serve as a key contact for internal stakeholders, addressing transactional inquiries and supporting team needs.

What We're Looking For

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 1-3 years in supply chain or inventory analysis.
  • Skills: Advanced Excel skills, strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, and effective negotiation skills.
  • Attention to Detail: Excellent focus on details and strong communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Systems Knowledge: Experience with SAGE and Netstock systems is a plus.
  • Global Experience: Familiarity with the global supply chain industry.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in Mandarin is a bonus.
