Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership:
    • Develop and implement a visionary strategy that integrates all revenue-generating functions into a cohesive and high-performing unit.
    • Collaborate with senior leadership across sales, finance, and human resources to design and optimize commission plans and revenue strategies.
  • Process Optimization:
    • Identify and eliminate inefficiencies within the revenue cycle, introducing initiatives that enhance workflows and scalability.
    • Implement best practices to ensure every part of our revenue operation supports scalable growth.
  • Data and Analytics Management:
    • Build and maintain a robust framework for data collection, analysis, and actionable insights across all revenue activities.
    • Ensure teams have access to real-time insights to inform decision-making and drive operational improvements.
  • Performance Measurement:
    • Develop and refine key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of revenue operations.
    • Align metrics with company goals to enhance performance tracking and drive improvements.
  • Technology Utilization:
    • Lead the optimization of our technology stack to boost productivity and effectiveness in revenue operations.
    • Integrate advanced tools to improve workflows and data integrity, enhancing customer engagement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Act as a liaison between departments to ensure alignment with revenue goals.
    • Foster collaboration and understanding across teams to create synergies that enhance customer experience and growth.
  • Team Development and Leadership:
    • Build, mentor, and lead a world-class revenue operations team.
    • Invest in training and development to ensure team members excel in a dynamic SaaS environment.
  • Innovative Revenue Opportunities:
    • Explore and test new revenue models and strategies to uncover growth opportunities.
    • Apply creativity and market insights to identify untapped revenue streams and maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA) preferred.
  • Experience: 10-15 years of experience in business or finance operations, with at least 5-7 years in a senior leadership role; experience in scaling SaaS companies from \(100M to \)250M annual recurring revenue is ideal.
  • Skills:
    • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a proven ability to leverage data for decision-making.
    • Exceptional leadership skills with experience in building and motivating teams in high-growth settings.
    • Advanced knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), data analytics tools, and sales/marketing technology stacks.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with C-level executives and cross-departmental teams.
