Your missions

Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Field Sales Executive to drive $1M in new revenue by fostering relationships with customers in both the public sector (SLED) and commercial markets. This role involves developing and executing strategic plans to increase market penetration and revenue growth within your assigned territory (Missouri).

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to increase market penetration and revenue growth.
  • Qualify and engage potential customers from internal and external leads, assessing their size, spending habits, and growth potential.
  • Work closely with other sales team members to maximize opportunities and deliver customized solutions based on customer needs.
  • Schedule and attend in-person meetings with prospects to present solutions, products, and values while building lasting relationships.
  • Create engaging presentations using marketing materials to effectively communicate product value.
  • Represent the company at conferences, tradeshows, and events, identifying and securing new business opportunities.
  • Develop custom pricing solutions for high-growth commercial customers.
  • Ensure a smooth handoff of new customers to the account management team for ongoing support.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue goals and key performance metrics.
  • Maintain up-to-date records in the CRM system, including all activities, leads, and sales pipelines.
  • Continuously seek ways to improve sales processes and performance through coaching, collaboration, and learning.

What's Required

  • Travel within Missouri for customer appointments and conferences (approximately 50%).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the public sector market (SLED).
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven track record in business development and revenue growth.
