In this pivotal role, you will contribute to our growth by securing new business within the high-volume auto and personal lending industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans targeting qualified mid-market prospects in the auto and personal lending sectors.
  • Cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers at lending institutions, understanding their unique needs and financial objectives.
  • Craft compelling sales presentations that effectively communicate the value proposition of our innovative payment solutions.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to successful deal closure, collaborating with internal teams for seamless implementation.
  • Research and maintain a comprehensive understanding of industry trends, regulations, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
  • Function as a consultative problem-solver, identifying opportunities to challenge existing business processes and propose innovative solutions.
  • Leverage CRM and sales tools to track and manage sales activities, generating insightful reports for data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of successful experience in mid-market sales, preferably in the payments or financial services industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of lending processes, payments, and the regulatory landscape within the auto and personal lending sectors.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate complex information into clear value propositions for clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, leveraging data insights to inform sales strategies.
  • Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced and competitive sales environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, building rapport with clients at all levels.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software.
  • Ability to travel occasionally to meet with clients and attend industry events.
