Your missions

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly knowledgeable Sales Enablement professional to lead our team in designing, developing, and executing strategies that enhance sales performance and operational excellence. This role involves designing and maintaining sales infrastructure such as CRM systems, analyzing revenue data, and developing impactful sales training programs to drive team performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with sales, marketing, and operations teams to identify resource and training gaps.
  • Oversee the functionality and effectiveness of operational systems, including CRM platforms like Salesforce.
  • Design and implement CRM management solutions to support sales objectives and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Sales & Commercial Operations teams to develop analysis, dashboards, and actionable insights for sales programs.
  • Develop and maintain a library of sales materials and resources to streamline the sales process.
  • Support sales leadership in building out sales process infrastructure, including documentation and field execution templates.
  • Facilitate and refine the onboarding process for salespeople, adjusting training as needed.
  • Assess and implement sales tools that enhance the sales process and productivity.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to manage complex projects aligned with organizational goals.
  • Design and deliver comprehensive sales training programs on strategic selling and negotiation.
  • Analyze sales performance and strategic plans to provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
  • Continuously improve job support resources and training materials.
  • Provide guidance and training for new managers to enhance their leadership skills.
  • Conduct field visits to evaluate Sales Representatives and offer field-based training.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences required (PhD preferred).
  • 5-10 years of experience in life sciences sales.
  • 2-5 years of Sales Management or Sales Enablement experience.
  • Direct sales experience with academic, biopharma, and large MNC accounts.
  • Experience with CRM systems to manage pipelines and sales activity (Salesforce required).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork and relationship building.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
