Your missions

Description

In this hybrid role based in Charlotte, NC, you will support the development and execution of key marketing strategies across the Americas region. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive awareness, demand, and revenue growth across various market segments, balancing two days in the office and three days working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Growth:
    • Assist in developing and executing strategic marketing plans with an Account-Based Marketing (ABM) approach.
    • Create and manage customer-facing events and digital lead generation campaigns.
    • Convert leads into actionable business opportunities.
    • Collaborate with Sales, Product Line Management, and Market Development to uncover potential growth areas.
    • Lead initiatives that drive brand awareness and customer loyalty, enhancing revenue growth.
    • Ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns and content creation, delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Market Expertise:
    • Develop a thorough understanding of the market segment, its applications, and customer needs.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices through collaboration with peers.
    • Manage projects, act as a subject matter expert, and provide insights to internal teams and the broader industry.
    • Support communication strategies by leveraging specialized media channels to engage key stakeholders.
    • Ensure sales teams have the essential tools and messaging to effectively present value propositions.
    • Lead product launches and align marketing strategies with business goals.
    • Create and execute digital campaigns through social media, email marketing, and web content to support lead generation and account-based marketing.
  • Marketing Thought Leadership:
    • Develop value propositions and create audience-specific messaging for campaigns.
    • Produce relevant and engaging technical content that guides customers through the buying journey.
Performance Metrics

  • Successful project management, ensuring on-time and on-budget execution.
  • Growth in segment revenue measured by the number of new qualified leads and marketing-influenced revenue.
  • Increased web and social media engagement.
  • Growth in key account engagement and marketing opportunity pipeline.
  • Continuous process improvement and timely project completion.

Key Competencies

  • Required Skills & Experience:
    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
    • 2-3 years of experience in marketing, focusing on traditional and digital marketing.
    • Proficiency in managing social media, email campaigns, and web content.
    • Strong project management abilities with a capacity to work under minimal supervision.
    • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
    • Effective collaboration skills across teams, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Understanding of SEO is desirable, along with knowledge of segment and network architecture.
  • Desired Competencies:
    • Experience in marketing within the telecommunications or related industry.
    • Creative problem-solving skills and a passion for innovative marketing strategies.
