Facebook Marketing Specialist (Fully Remote) - Trustona Media

Do you have proven experience in managing successful ad campaigns, specifically in the direct-to-consumer (D2C) sector and the food industry? If you’re data-driven, know how to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI, and are looking for a flexible opportunity, we’d love to hear from you!

Who We Are

At Trustona Media, we create content that people love and search engines understand, operating several online publications for a variety of audiences, including Cloudwards (cloud-based tech reviews) and Coffeeness (all things coffee). We have around 50 team members of editors, writers, designers and we keep adding more every month! Because of this growth, our team needs more help.

We're currently looking for a detail-oriented Facebook Marketing Specialist to join our team and help us elevate our social media marketing strategy. The main focus for this position will be marketing for Coffeeness’ German market, with potential to expand into the US in the future. The ideal candidate will have experience in building successful marketing campaigns, with a demonstrable track record of building positive results.

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Facebook marketing specialist to join our team. This will be a freelance contractor role with flexible working hours. We expect the workload to be higher in the beginning so we are looking for someone who would be able to commit more time initially to set up campaigns, with the expectation that the workload will reduce after optimization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize Facebook and Instagram ads for our growing brand

  • Develop and execute targeted ad strategies to drive conversions and sales

  • Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies based on data insights

  • Track KPIs to ensure the success of ad campaigns and identify opportunities for growth

  • Set up campaigns from scratch, from audience research to creative implementation

Required Skills
  • Proven experience running successful D2C ad campaigns, particularly in the food industry

  • Strong understanding of ad performance metrics and optimization strategies

  • Ability to translate data into actionable insights

  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently

  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills

  • Strong English and German proficiency

Compensation: 

The position pay starts at 15 EUR per hour, depending on experience.
