Role Overview

In this role, you will be a key player in shaping our clients’ social media strategies and driving impactful results. You'll work closely with leadership to expand our community management practice and stay attuned to the latest social media trends and opportunities.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Guide the development of social media strategies and oversee the execution of campaigns.
  • Client Consultation: Provide expert advice to clients, manage their expectations, and handle any arising issues.
  • Content and Community Management: Create and manage content across various social networks, conduct social listening, and handle reputation management.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Develop and deliver reports on campaign performance and social media engagement.
  • Operational Oversight: Manage client budgets, track expenses, and ensure profitability of accounts. Assist with new business development and research.
