Your missions

Description

Join a mission-driven, virtual center focused on providing care for PTSD and trauma survivors. Our aim is to support individuals throughout their healing journey, beginning with cognitive processing therapy (CPT) delivered through a remote, intensive care model.

We are seeking a Sales & Business Development Director to leverage our current momentum in third-party payer contracting, transforming this into a scalable function that will drive future contracts and growth. We uphold a core value of making life-changing care accessible to as many trauma survivors as possible, ensuring affordability is not a barrier to care. By securing partnerships with third-party payers, we aim to reach a larger population of patients in need.

In this role, you will report directly to the CEO and collaborate closely with our Growth & Marketing team to enhance business development efforts, particularly regarding the referral channel. While the CEO continues to assist with opening and closing payer contracts, you will take ownership of the contracting process from start to finish.

This is an exceptional opportunity to join a dynamic, mission-oriented team focused on helping trauma survivors. If you are passionate about building partnerships and thrive in a hands-on, execution-oriented environment, we would love to connect with you!

    • Build strong relationships with prospective clients and customers early in the sales process.
    • Negotiate and secure value-based care contracts with national and regional health plans and other third-party payers.
    • Manage business development efforts to navigate payer billing systems and operationalize service offerings.
    • Maintain and nurture existing partnerships through quarterly business reviews and regular check-ins.
  • Market Analysis & Business Development
    • Conduct market research to discover trends, opportunities, and competitive insights as we expand into new states.
    • Develop business plans to increase market reach.
    • Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and meetings to strengthen relationships and explore new opportunities.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting
    • Collaborate with the operations team to create outcome reports for payer partnerships and manage ongoing performance evaluations.
    • Track and analyze sales metrics, providing regular updates to the executive team.
    • Implement CRM tools to organize and manage sales activities and pipelines.
  • Referral Channel Collaboration
    • Work with the growth team to strategize referral channels.
    • Establish best practices for business development in patient acquisition efforts.
