Description

Join our team and provide exceptional customer support in a 24x7x365 environment. You will handle inbound calls, chats, and emails professionally, adhering to company policies. Your role involves diagnosing and resolving voice, data, video, and connectivity issues, ensuring every interaction delivers an optimal customer experience.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound technical support calls, chats, and emails.
  • Consult with customers, offering solutions including additional products and services.
  • Troubleshoot voice, data, video, and connection issues effectively.
  • Identify and resolve technical problems while providing excellent customer service.
  • Document each customer interaction thoroughly.
  • Provide backup support to other Technical Support Representatives.
