Your missions

About The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Partner Account Manager to join our growing Channel Sales team. In this role, you will manage existing partners and cultivate new regional partnerships to drive indirect sales in your designated territory. You will become an expert on our products, leveraging your knowledge to educate, train, and collaborate with our partners. This remote-friendly role can be based in Arizona, Colorado, or Utah and reports to the Head of North American Channel Sales.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the go-to product expert for partners in your assigned territory.
  • Confidently present our company and product demonstrations to channel partners.
  • Recruit and onboard new channel partners, providing product training, solution demonstrations, and partner portal access.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with partners, consistently engaging to uncover and drive new business opportunities.
  • Effectively manage the sales funnel to ensure opportunities progress through the sales cycle.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing to develop partner recruitment webinars and sequences, increasing our brand awareness within the partner community.
  • Play an integral part in our go-to-market motions.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience (2+ years) in channel management and/or technology sales.
  • Recent experience working for an emerging tech company.
  • History of meeting/exceeding direct sales goals.
  • Demonstrated ability to prospect and build a pipeline.
  • Experience driving the sales process across internal and external teams (channel, engineering, marketing, field).
  • Proven track record of sustained overperformance against sales quota and pipeline goals.
