Associate Director, Digital Production

Our client is seeking an experienced Associate Director, Digital Production to join their dynamic team. This role is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to contribute to a diverse range of projects and initiatives. The ideal candidate will be able to work remotely and hit the ground running, demonstrating a strong ability to manage workflows, project forecasting, and process implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing workflows and project forecasting
• Establish and implement processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness
• Serve as a Senior Digital Producer, managing projects by defining scope, creating estimates, building timelines, and leading cross-functional teams
• Communicate clearly with all team members to ensure shared understanding of project goals/KPIs, timeframes, project status, and risks
• Work with other team leads to identify and prospect for new digital opportunities
  
  
  

The successful candidate will have:

• Excellent written, interpersonal, and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational, detail-oriented, multi-tasking, and time management skills
• Familiarity with Mac and PC platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, bug tracking software such as Jira, CMS platforms such as Wordpress and Squarespace
• A Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) and 6-8 years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  
  
  

While this role does not have direct report management responsibilities, the successful candidate will be expected to provide day-to-day support, guidance, and mentorship for the team, mediating conflict, navigating challenges, and building consensus on key decisions.
