Job description

Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Owner to join their team. This role is integral to the success of our client's digital operations, requiring a strong understanding of Agile processes, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering a top-tier customer experience.

As a Product Owner, you will: - Drive the digital product vision and roadmap, prioritizing tasks based on business strategy and customer impact

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the product team, fostering collaboration and managing relationships with stakeholders and partners
  • Leverage data and analytics to support continuous improvement and inform product roadmap
  • Coordinate with other Product Teams and the Digital PMO to maximize shared data and systems
  • Manage third-party solutions and relationships to enhance product capabilities
  • Recruit, train, and manage Product Analysts, ensuring adherence to platform standards


The ideal candidate will have: - 7+ years of experience in digital operations, agile product management, or a related function

  • 5+ years of experience leading teams or managing associates
  • 3+ years of Agile SDLC experience
  • Strong technical understanding, with the ability to translate complex concepts to non-technical partners
  • Experience partnering with and managing third-party vendors
  • Proficiency with CMS, PIM, DAM, and Workflow tools


Preferred qualifications include: - Experience with Jira and/or Confluence

  • Experience with third-party digital e-commerce platforms (e.g., Radial OMS, SFCC)
  • Experience with A/B testing and analytics platforms
  • Experience in fast-paced direct retail, e-commerce, or consulting environments
  • A bachelor's degree in business or a related field
