Your missions

We’re reinventing the market research industry. Let’s reinvent it together.

At Numerator, we believe tomorrow’s success starts with today’s market intelligence. We empower the world’s leading brands and retailers with unmatched insights into consumer behavior and the influencers that drive it.

We are looking for a highly analytical candidate to help run the Product organization’s strategy and operations. The Product team at Numerator is building some of the most progressive and innovative products to help brands, retailers and agencies get the most complete view of consumers to create winning outcomes. This person will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders across Sales, Consulting, Finance, Legal and of course Product.

We are looking for someone who loves problem solving and wants to be a part of making something that is meaningful and impactful to our users - both internal and external. You will be integrally involved in the entire product planning cycle in a rapidly developing environment. As a Strategy and Operations Senior Analyst, you will play a critical role in developing our product experience and building data-driven solutions to optimize our business success. This role is ideal for someone who wants to break into the field of Product Management but may not have direct prior experience in a Product role.

What you’ll do:

  • Own pricing and packaging strategy across Numerator’s portfolio of products
  • Run the annual roadmapping process by working closely with product managers across the organization
  • Work on strategic ad hoc projects under the direct guidance of senior product leaders
  • Facilitate market research and build market sizing models to stay ahead of competitive dynamics and ensuring the team has the latest intelligence to make informed decisions
  • Analyze user feedback and NPS scores to ensure that the team is aware of opportunity areas for improvement
  • Lead a monthly strategy meeting with product managers to drive data-based decision making. This includes building and maintaining internal BI scorecards.
  • Manage which tools the product team uses (for communication, roadmapping, prototyping, feedback, etc)

What You'll Bring to Numerator

  • 2 years of professional experience in a highly analytical role at a SaaS company
  • Analytical skills to interpret and extract insights from large amounts of data combined with powerful storytelling capabilities
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. The role requires working across all teams and all levels of the organization. Effective communication and collaboration are essential for building strong relationships and ensuring alignment.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the skills to manage multiple projects at a time.
  • Positive attitude and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and shifting priorities, and be willing to “roll-up your sleeves” to drive organizational change.
  • Strong project management abilities. Experience managing tasks, timelines, and project milestones for teams.
  • Ability to work with internal stakeholders on collecting feedback, prioritizing tasks, and managing your own workload.
  • Advanced excel and powerpoint skills.

Nice to haves:

  • Work experience in market research and an understanding of consumer, retail, or eCommerce datasets
  • Prior experience working alongside or within product management teams
  • Some proficiency in SQL
  • Experience working at a startup

What we offer:

  • An inclusive and collaborative company culture - we work in an open environment while working together to get things done and adapt to the changing needs as they come.
  • An opportunity to have an impact in a technologically data-driven company.
  • Market competitive total compensation package.
  • Volunteer time off and charitable donation matching.
  • Strong support for career growth, including mentorship programs, leadership training, access to conferences and employee resources groups.
  • Regular hackathons to build your own projects and work with people across the entire company.
  • Great benefits package including health/vision/dental, unlimited PTO, flexible schedule, 401K matching, travel reimbursement, and more.
