The Job: 

As Senior People Operations Generalist, you will play a key role in elevating the people team by optimizing people processes, ensuring compliance, and delivering exceptional support to the employee population.  

People Ops Client Group Support 

  • Partner with designated People Partners and employees to deliver exceptional people ops support, ensuring a smooth and efficient employee experience. 
  • Guide employees through the entire employee journey, offering support for onboarding, offboarding, transfers, leaves, accommodations, benefits, and immigration. 
  • Maintain employee files and process employee data changes. 
  • Assist with other tasks and responsibilities as and when required. 

Process & Compliance 

  • Partner closely with the people team and cross-functional stakeholders to implement and continuously refine people operational processes and services with a focus on scalability, simplicity, and employee experience.  
  • Maintain existing people operations process documents and recommend improvements. 
  • Leverage people technology tools to create automations and efficiencies in day-to-day processes. 
  • Support all aspects of HR compliance, including regular policy and document reviews, assisting with internal and external audits, and completing annual business surveys and EEO Reporting. 
  •  Assist with policy writing or revisions as needed and ensure the organization’s People policies and procedures comply with federal, state, and local employment laws, and recommended best practices. 
  • Support and mentor members of the people operations team by sharing best practices and partnering to solve issues as they arise. 
  • Oversee benefits billing and procurement processes.  

Employee Enablement & Adoption 

  • Collaborate with members of the people operations team to roll out employee and manager enablement initiatives. Assess training needs related to people operations in collaboration with other people team members. 
  • Plan, implement, and oversee People Ops team projects by developing detailed project plans and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed as planned. 
  • Partner with people team stakeholders to drive adoption of key people programs, initiatives, and tools. 

You Have 

  • 5+ years of experience in People Operations supporting entire employee lifecycle  
  • 2+ years of experience managing immigration cases (H-1B, TN, F-1, O-1, Green Card, and UK visa cases preferred) 
  • Strong process thinking ability. You are energized by finding opportunities to improve existing processes through efficient use of technology and design. 
  • Able to program manage multiple projects simultaneously with demonstrated subject matter expertise in benefits, offboarding, immigration, employment law and people policies and processes. 
  • A commitment to providing exceptional service to employees at all levels of the organization - and a dedication to continually improving the employee experience. 
  • An innovative mindset that challenges the status quo to create best-in-class experiences for all stakeholders. 
  • Strong focus and attention to detail. 
  • Familiarity with HRIS and people systems (Workday, Asana, Freshservice). 
  • Proficiency in Excel.  
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field, PHR or SHRM certification preferred 

Base Salary Range: $85,536 to $125,453. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base salary range for this position. Actual salaries may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, including but not limited to work location and experience. The base salary is one component of 6sense’s total compensation package for this position. Other compensation may include a bonus program or commission plan, and stock options if approved by 6sense’s board. In addition, 6sense provides a variety of benefits, including generous health insurance coverage, life, and disability insurance, a 401K employer matching program, paid holidays, self-care days, and paid time off (PTO). #Li-remote
