We're looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our team and contribute to projects with our impact-driven clients and internal initiatives.

Requirements

What you’ll do
  • Collaborate with a cross-functional team to design and develop human-centered digital products
  • Utilize modern JavaScript frameworks for front-end development
  • Implement robust server-side solutions
  • Leverage cloud platforms
What you’ll bring
  • Exemplary technical skills:
    • Strong web basics (including HTML, JavaScript, CSS)
    • Modern web tools (e.g. React, TypeScript, SCSS, Sass)
    • Modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g. Next.JS, NestJS)
    • Application deployment and CI/CD (e.g. GitHub Actions, Lambda)
    • Version control systems, (e.g. Git)
    • Testing (e.g. Jest, Playwright, Cypress)
    • Monitoring and performance (e.g. New Relic)
    • Accessibility
  • Progressive engineering experience:
    • Implementing from-scratch solutions to novel problems
    • Exemplifies best practices towards maintainability and testing
    • Translating business requirements into technical specifications that meet cost and time limitations
    • Acts as a mediator in complex technical decisions, guiding towards constructive outcomes
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience with and preference for remote work
  • Fluent spoken and written English
It’d be nice if you also had
  • Experience working on a project integrating many different languages or components
  • Familiarity with Atlassian tools (Jira and Confluence)
