Job description

  • Developing a referral-based business, prospecting for new listings and buyers, and marketing listings.
  • Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.
  • Determine client's needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
  • Intermediate negotiation processes, consult customers on market conditions, prices, mortgage, and closing professional, contract to closing processes ensuring a fair and honest dealing.
  • Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value.
  • Display and market real property to possible buyers
  • Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, listings)
  • Cooperate with appraisers, escrow companies, lenders, and home inspectors.
  • Develop networks of professionals, past clients, and centers of influence
  • Promote sales through advertisements, open houses, and listing services.
  • Remain knowledgeable of real estate markets to provide expert services and the best compliant portfolio practices.

Requirements

  • Active FL, GA, MD, PA and/or TX real estate licensee’s only
  • 2+ years experience as a Broker/Sales Associate.
  • Commercial Real Estate Sales a plus but not required.
  • Attention to detail and quality focused.
  • Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a high level of professional integrity.
  • Maintains a positive, helpful, constructive attitude and work relationship with colleagues.
  • Humble, grateful, and trustworthy
  • Proven track of successful sales record and/or the work ethic to create one and become a top producer.
