Your missions

Compound Growth Marketing is looking for a Digital Media Manager who will be responsible for developing, monitoring, and executing digital media campaigns, as well as managing the partners.  We are looking for a team member with the ability to effectively assist on multiple projects, and must have a strong understanding of the systems and tasks involved in campaign development, implementation and execution, as well as the media planning and buying process. Additionally, this team member should have a creative and entrepreneurial drive and be excited to work in a fast paced environment while thinking quickly on their feet. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Working with multiple media types, including content syndication, programmatic audio, video, CTV, Display Ads, DOOH, native ads, and social media platforms.
  • Simultaneously managing various media campaigns from ideation to completion. 
  • Collaborating with clients and media planners to set goals, troubleshoot, and execute campaigns.
  • Selecting the best media types for campaigns.
  • Identifying the optimal programmatic platforms to use for the campaign.
  • Developing and presenting robust digital media plans based on client goals and company objectives.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in digital content.  
  • Managing digital budgets and billing reconciliation.
  • Monitoring media analytics and insights.
  • Manage lead generation and content syndication partners in terms of contract, pricing, set up, and implementation. 
  • Researching and evaluating media, lead generation and content syndication partners. 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Media, Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field 
  • Strong organization, data management, written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage workload
  • Understands the value and challenges of working in a fast integrated agency environment
  • 3-5 years of experience as Content Syndication strategist role in a reputed Marketing firm or Media industry 
  • Complete knowledge of the latest media trends, practices, and developments 
  • Familiarity with various programmatic, digital, and print media platforms 
  • Understanding of analytics tools like Google Analytics, Sprout Social, MOAT, and etc.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • Detail-oriented and highly motivated individual 
  • Ability to conduct in-depth research and present findings/recommendations
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage strict deadlines/stressful situations 
  • A team player and possessing the ability to work independently 
  • Ability to offer improved customer experience
  • Is resourceful, self-motivated, independent, organized with multi-tasking capabilities
  • Has persuasive written and verbal communication, as well as strong presentation skills
  • Has strong attention to detail with mix of quantitative and analytical skills
  • Computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel and Google suite of applications
  • Knowledge of Prisma (MediaOcean) or other media buying or billing platforms a must-have
  • Hands-on experience overseeing media billing and/or media reconciliation workflows is a must have
