Job Description:


We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Analytics Manager to join our team. This remote position is ideal for a data-driven professional based in the Boston, MA area. The ideal candidate will have experience using tools like Mixpanel to analyze user behavior, extract insights, and collaborate with product managers and designers to drive continuous product improvement. Duties:

  • Analyze user behavior and engagement across our products using Mixpanel and other analytics tools such as Power BI.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to identify opportunities for product enhancements based on data insights.
  • Conduct deep-dive analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and user pain points, and translate these findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations that provide insights into user behavior and product performance.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and work with teams to optimize product features and user experiences.
  • Participate in A/B testing and other experimentation methodologies to validate hypotheses and improve product decisions.
  • Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders at all levels, making complex data accessible and actionable.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in product analytics and data-driven decision-making.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of experience in product analytics, data analysis, or a related role.
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools like Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Amplitude, or similar.
  • Strong data visualization skills and experience with tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
  • Ability to work closely with product managers, product designers, marketing managers, and engineers.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically about product challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry or with healthcare-related products is a plus but not required. We are building a user experience that is highly demanded by customers but has never seen in the healthcare space before. Outside perspectives are welcome.
Salary Description
$110,000-$150,000
