Summary

Temporal is a paradigm shift in modern application development, and one of the fastest developer movements in recent memory. We recently onboarded our 1,500th paying customer, up from 1,000th just 2 months prior, with partnerships playing a key role in our growth. As a Sr. Manager/Manager of SI Partnerships & Programs, you’ll be at the forefront of scaling our regional services partner ecosystem, driving new business, and impacting the future of Temporal. Partnerships is a key differentiator and core priority for Temporal, and this role offers the unique opportunity to build and own a key bet for the company, working closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to drive the success of our ecosystem.

What you'll do

  • Maximize results from our existing System Integrator (SI) ecosystem, while strategically onboarding new partners to expand Temporal’s reach, influence and new business opportunity
  • Evolve the Temporal Services Partner Program to attract top-tier partners, while ensuring their success through optimal onboarding, enablement and GTM programs
  • Develop and execute creative business development plays to drive net new business and consumption acceleration 
  • Serve as the primary advocate for partner-led projects, engaging directly with customers and prospects to sell professional services 
  • Embed a partner-first mentality within Temporal’s sales organization and operate as a force multiplier for our sellers 

What you'll need

  • 5+ years in partnerships, alliances, and/or sales, with a proven track record of building and scaling services partner ecosystems and programs
  • Maniacal attention to detail, excellent work ethic and unwavering commitment to delivering business results 
  • Demonstrated ability to build rapport with and influence cross-functional teams, primarily sales 
  • Highly motivated self-starter - embraces white space, and turns that white space into opportunities and impact 

Compensation

  • The estimated pay range for this role is $200,000 - $325,000 depending on 1) level and experience and 2) geographic location
  • Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Temporal’s equity plan.
Compensation ranges reflect salary and commission compensation (when applicable) across several geographic markets. Employment offers carefully consider multiple factors, including prior experience, knowledge, expertise, skillset, market location, and job level assessed during the interview process.
